Important house rule: Guests under 25 years old may only stay when accompanied by an adult (25+). Bookings made solely by minors or individuals under 25 traveling alone cannot be accepted. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. Unwind in your private garden and enjoy peaceful evenings. Shops, restaurants, and public transport are just a short walk away. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
